  • While we take security seriously, we do not provide insurance for stored vehicles and are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft while your items are at our facility. We highly recommend that renters carry their own insurance to protect their RV, boat, or trailer while in storage. Check with your insurance provider to ensure your policy covers off-site storage.

  • As long as you let us know by the end of the month and vacate your space by the 1st of the next month, you will not be charged for another billing cycle. Since our leases are monthly with no long-term commitments, we just ask for this notice to ensure a smooth move-out process. No refunds will be given for vacating early.   • We process payments via bank draft on the third business day of each month. For your convenience, payments are automatically deducted. If you have any questions about payment methods, feel free to contact us!

  • No, staff presence is not required to access your storage unit. You have 24/7 access to your space using your personal gate access code, allowing you to come and go at your convenience without the need for staff assistance.

  • Each storage space is clearly numbered. Upon completion of your contract, you will receive your individual gate access code along with your assigned space number, making it easy for you to locate and access your storage space.
